As a Customer Sales Advisor during your day to day you will be:
- Helping customers to book their worldwide car hire, giving a consultative, tailored solution to meet their travel needs.
- Handling customer objections positively and spotting opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers.
- Looking for ways to upsell to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
- Most importantly, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
What you need to do it:
- You’ll love helping people and have a real passion for making customers feel special.
- Written and verbal fluency in English.
- You’ll be target driven, competitive and money hungry.
- You’ll have a positive, motivated mindset that’ll help you deal with some tricky customer problems.
- You’ll take ownership of your work and will have excellent soft skills – including listening, motivating and communicating.
- You’ll be resilient, organised and committed.
