Our client is a multinational company based in Porto.
• You will manage a team of credit and collections for French market
• In addition you will manage also litigation or pre litigation processes and ensure a proper financial measures for collections
• Further you can proactively handle KPI collections targets
• You will be responsible to ensure that the team handles customers complains and address to the right department
• You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with business partners, business units, customers and other departments
• You will have monthly escalation meetings
• In addition you will supervise reconciliation of accounts and perform end of month tasks
• You have University Degree in Law or Finance or minimum Secondary High school complete
• In addition you can speak native or C2 level of French an English B1
• SAP and Office knowledge rounds up your profile
• You have a minimum of two years of experience in Finance
• You also have previous worked in a team leader role
