Our client is a multinational company.

You will be responsible to provide support to several types of customers, in a front-line way and ensure that all support procedures are accomplished in accordance.

Principal responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative your main functions will be:

- Provide the best assistance to customers by phone or email and assure that all the presented queries are solved timely;
- Give support to sales partners, managing the stock, and prepare and support inventories;
- Forward the queries to the responsible department, based on a deep knowledge of the business and areas;

During your day to day:
- You will manage data and information, assuring that they are uptaded and in accordance;
- You will provide support to the quality improvement process;
- You will control reports and support billing procedures.

- High school degree (12º)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in Dutch and English

- Possibility to develop skills in an international environment.
