- Support the Backoffice team for France by performing general HR administrative tasks
- Manage all affiliations to health and life insurance with external providers
- Handle standard employees’ inquiries support it through ticket service, email or via phone
- Support HR Services standard procedures LOP’s and users’ guides development
- Timely execute assigned tasks and issues, according to defined processes (LOP’s), timetables, service levels, corporate guidelines, and related collective agreements
- Support and administer digitalization within HR Services

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related
- 2years’ experience in HR
- knowledge about the French Labour legislation (Social Security, Hiring’s, Terminations, Absences)
- Fluent in French is mandatory
- Intermediate English
- Office Tools: SAP, Teams, Office 365, SharePoint

This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 8h to 17h.
