You will:

- Support global or regional operational activities with end-to-end view and being accountable for the implementation of a comprehensive quality assurance and continuous improvement measures.

- Execute implementation of existing Payments and Bank Accounting enablers (SAP In-House Cash, SAP BCM, Manual Payments Tool, SAP Standard EBS) with IT in local subsidiaries considering local regulations.

- Ensure complete, timely and qualitative execution of overall payments (automated ones within In-House Bank, manual ones, direct debits).

- Build a strong collaboration with all stakeholders (Accounting Treasury, IT, business requesters, master data, banks …).

- Drive for standardization thru close monitoring of local deviations.

- Drive for simplification and minimum number of manual payments (from requesting organizations e.g. S2P, O2C, HR, Tax), minimum number of post payment activities including rejections and reversals.

- Drive for smart automation in overall process thru elimination of inefficiencies and automation of manual tasks.

- Ensure compliance and life cycle management of global applied regulations, policies and respective documentations.

- Use Data analytics related execution by defining, implementing and analysing data in terms of quality assurance, continuous improvement tasks

You are the person we are looking for if:

You have a B/BS/MBA in Accounting (or equivalent).

You have More than 10 years working experience in payments processes in a multinational company and/or bank industry and/or consulting company.

You have strong understanding of global payment processes and technologies in an international environment.

You have proven track record in leading payments processes operations and digital transformation.

You have strong capabilities to work through ambiguity and for sound judgment.

You have an advanced level of capability to understand complexity of changes with respect to business and regulatory environment and to respond quickly.

- Advanced level of capabilities to lead change, projects and initiatives.

You have an advanced level of ability to explain the "why", ability to influence people and to drive change or to execute governance of Accounting.

You have an advanced level of capability to collaborate task/project oriented without geographical, organizational or functional boarders.

You have an advanced level of capability to translate digital technologies into processes.

You speak fluent English
