As an Account Manager, your main role will be to handle customer service aspects of the company. This includes keeping in contact with customers from the very first day, explaining the information of the products, as well as renewing contracts with current companies. You will have access to the company’s database with around 1500 company profiles.
- You will be in charge of trainings
- You will be maintaining a relationship with the customers from the very first day
- You will be in charge of renewing contracts with current companies
- You will be interacting with clients and with people from your team
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a native level of French
- You have a good level of English
- You have experience in sales and/or customer support
- You are driven, proactive, and willing to face different situations
- You are an ambitious individual who is willing to meet targets and learn from this experience
- You are comfortable speaking over the phone
- You want to play an active part in shaping the future and growth of global logistics
- You are currently based in Barcelona
- You want stability
- You will work Monday to Friday and have a permanent contract
