During your day-to-day:

- You will take care of our customer portfolio through tracking and retention.
- You will gather customer requirements and obtain order information.
- You will solve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
- You will document issues and actions according to customer requirements. Collect, complete and enter information into the database.
- You will implement customer development strategies by taking care of the clients in initial guidance, technical support and training services.
-You will support the Controlling Department in the process of cancellation, cash collection and debt mediation.
- You will be part of timely and precise preparation of all plans and reports and monitoring of customer satisfaction.

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have previous experience working in customer support.
- You have a Native Level of French and good level of English or Spanish.
-You are Resourceful and highly motivated, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- You are a Team player able to build good relationships across functions and collaborate to achieve shared goals.
- You have High accuracy standards.
- Any experience with Salesforce will be a plus.
