Our client is an American company of the industrial sector, present worldwide and providing highly technological solutions of air filtering.
They are building up their new center, heavily investing in structures and multilingual talent.

As a Service Coordinator your key responsibilities will be:

- You will handle and maximize all existing IAF / UF service customers in the provision and supply of After Market products and services
- You will plan new and renewed contracts – act as a main communicator between parts available, customer confirmed appointment, technician plans
- You will assist in further developing the Service and After Market business meeting planned targets
- You will maximize technician’s chargeable working hours and monitor efficiency of working time

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have Higher education or bachelor's degree with administrative and/or commercial orientation or equal through experience
- You have at least 2 years' experience in administration/customer service/logistics
- You have knowledge in the use of software systems and being able handle electronic data is of a greater importance
- You have a native level of German and an Advanced level of English (company language)
- You have strong communication and administration skills, fast learner and a team player
- You have flexibility, ability to multi-task, to manage time and to adapt to changes
