Our client is an international luxury Real Estate agency.

As a Front Office Executive you will be responsible for:

-Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
-Greeting and welcoming clients.
-Answering questions and addressing complaints.
-Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
-Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
-Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence.
-Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
-Monitor office expenses and costs.
-Confer and cooperates with other departments (especially with real estate agents) as needed to ensure coordination of activities.
-Keep track of agent locations, listings and the status of contracts.
-Take note of all the appointments concerning the real estate office and when the time comes, they alert the affected parties so the proper action can be taken.

Successful candidates will have the following experience and skills:

-Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
-Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.).
-Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
-Proficient in English, French, Spanish and Catalan.
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
-Strong communication and personal skills.
-Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
-Problem-solving skills.
-Customer service orientation.

-Working hours: M-F; 9.30-13.30 and 15-19 h. S: 10-13.30 h.
