Account Manager with Native Level of French
Our client offers SMS business solutions to companies on a global scale. They have offices worldwide and provide solutions to ensure companies remain in close contact with their clients. Currently, our client is looking for an Account Manager with French to join them in their offices in Barcelona´s city centre.
As an Account Manager, you will be in charge of the French speaking markets in France, Switzerland and Belgium. You will reporting directly to the Country Manager and the Manager Europe.
You will be responsible for account management, sales, and business development.
Your main responsibilities will be :
-Managing inbound leads
-Presentation of products and solutions offered by the company
-Closing inbound sales leads
-Providing first-line customer support
-Taking customer payments
-Monitoring and participating in our social media activity
-Supporting your manager and team across a broad range of sales, marketing and commercial functions.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Native level of French and excellent level of English
-Spanish is plus
-A minimum of 2 years of experience in Account management / Sales
-Dealing with B2B customers
-Have excellent communication skills
-Listen to others and accept input from team members
-Proactively propose and implement improvements
-Be detail orientated
-Have excellent interpersonal skills
-Have the ability to think like a customer and express this clearly
-Be focused and have an understanding of Sales activities in general
-Be results driven
