Technical Support1st line - English and Portuguese
Our client is an important technology company.
The main responsibilities are:
- Answer the information enquires and basic support about domains, email, hosting ans web tools creation;
- Solve administrative issues about products adquired from the customers;
- Identify customer needs and advice them during the purchase cicle;
- Escalate the issues you cannot solve to the second level support.
- Native Level of English and Portuguese;
- Knowledge related with web environment such as Internet protocols, service and programming languages will be a plus;
- Customer Service or helpdesk experience;
- Customer Orientation;
- Technical Proactivity;
- Attention to detail.
