Back office with Native level of German - Claim Department


Location: Barcelona, Spain

Function

Your main objectives will be:

- Reception of the documentation to manage claims. Scanning and validation of the
documentation in the system.
- Sending letters to customers for the claims management (documentation request,
reminder, closing…)
- Customer service support: information about claim situation, insurance policy and other
services in progress
- Update of the information in company systems
- Other administrative tasks and collection management
- Support in other department tasks (welcome and training to new staff members,
collaboration with other projects…)
- Suggestion of continuous improvements for customers, team and department

Requirements

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- STUDIES: professional training or university degree
- LANGUAGES:
- German - Native level
- Spanish - Advanced level
- IT KNOWLEDGE: advanced knowledge of MS Office and used to work with e-mail and the internet

- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of experience, preferably in insurance market

- Dynamic and pro-active
- Customer Service oriented
- Commercial focused
- Capacity of communication and synthesis
- Organized, responsible and result orientated
- Capacity to learn, analyse, resolution based and with fresh thinking
- Positive spirit
- Good communication skills
