Customer Care Specialist with Excellent Level of French and English

We are recruiting a Line 1 Analyst with an excellent level of French. This person will be responsible for providing service to the client via phone, web and e-mail, receiving requests and finding the solutions to them.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience and skills.
-Excellent level of French
-Fluent in English
-Experience in customer service
-Previous experience with helpdesk or IT customer support is a plus
-Motivated to learn
-Dynamism, good presentation, and motivation
-Customer oriented person
- Availability to work in Rotating shifts is highly appreciated.
-Available to start as soon as possible.
-Full training provided.
