Customer Service Agent and Operations with native Italian and Spanish


Location: Barcelona, Spain
Department: Native speakers
Salary: From 21.000 €
Contract: Long-term contract


Organization

You will join a French international start-up located in Barcelona and be part of a young multicultural team.


Function

As a Customer Success Operations, your main function will be to become an adviser to your customers and partners.

During your day to day:

- You will act as an adviser to our customers and partners via phone and email.
- You will be in charge of identifying and analyzing customer issues.
- We will also love if you make recommendations about product improvement.
- You will be in charge of collecting information with the sales teams.
- You will be responsible for creating car park content and ensuring quick online release.


Requirements

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have a native level of Italian and are bilingual in Spanish.
- You speak English at an advanced level.
- If you also speak French that would be a great plus!
- You have experience in Customer Service.
- You are passionate about clients and partners.
- You are dynamic and love team work.
