Customer Service Agent w/ Native Level of Danish + English (part-time)


Location: Barcelona, Spain

Department: Native Speakers

Our client provides professional training solutions to fast growing businesses in an international platform.

Function

- Deliver Training Consultancy Services to customers
- Provide Customer Service by handling all training incoming queries via telephone and email communication email queries
- Perform outbound campaigning activities to meet our Training Sales business goals


Requirements

- Native Level of Danish
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Minimum one year of Customer Service experience
- Sales experience is a plus
