Customer Service Agent with a Native Level of Dutch


Location: Barcelona, Spain

Department: Native Speakers

Our client is an international company famous in the fashion industry.

Function

As a customer service agent you will be carrying out the following tasks:

- Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Manage customers' orders, changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery
- Provide an excellent customer service experience to customers through different methods of communication in order to optimise customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales


Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes;
- Native Level of Dutch and Fluent level of English
- Data accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Confident and enthusiastic.
- The ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
- Well organised, reliable and thorough
