Our client operates a call centre and provides customer service and telemarketing solutions to multinational companies. The company offers an international environment with possibilities of growth. They are currently hiring customer service agents to work in the travel industry.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

-Handling telephone enquiries from customers
-Updating customers´ information in the database
-Process correspondence
-Provide exceptional customer care

We are looking for a professional with the following:

Qualifications

-Native level of French
-High level of English

Skills

-Someone who loves to give and receive fantastic customer service - we want you to treat every call or email or social media post as an opportunity to delight our customers
-Good keyboard skills and an understanding of MS Office will really help you get up to speed quickly.
