Our client is an international insurance company with offices in the centre of Barcelona.
As a Customer Support Representative, your main responsibilities will be:
- receive inbound calls from clients
- help with problem solving
- supply all the necessary information
- attend the customers’ needs
- provide excellent customer service
We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:

- Fluent level of English, French and Italian
•Experience
- At least one year of experience in customer service
- Experience in a help-desk position would be a plus
