Our client is an international insurance company with offices in the centre of Barcelona.
As a Customer Support Representative, your main responsibilities will be:
- Receive inbound calls from clients
- Help with problem solving
- Supply all the necessary information
- Attend the customers’ needs
- Provide excellent customer service
We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:
•Languages
- Fluent level of French, German and English
•Experience
- At least one year of experience in customer service
- Experience in a help-desk position would be a plus
•Soft skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
•Other
- Stable professional background

- Working hours: 14.30 pm - 22.00 pm with Rotative days
