Customer Service Agent with Native Level of German
Our client is an international company famous in the fashion industry.
As a customer service agent you will be carrying out the following tasks:
• Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers
• Manage customers' orders, changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery
• Provide an excellent customer service experience to customers through different methods of communication in order to optimise customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales
We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes;
• Native Level of German and Fluent level of English
• Data accuracy
• Exceptional communication skills
• Microsoft office proficiency
• Confident and enthusiastic.
• The ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
• Well organised, reliable and thorough
• Part-time or full-time position, morning or afternoon shifts.
