International Media Communication Company is looking for a Customer Serrvice Agent to provide first class support by chat to their customers in the Norwegian market.
If you speak native Norwegian, this is your chance to work in sunny Barcelona!.
You will be working on behalf an International Outsourcing company.
As Customer Service Agent your main responsabilities will be:
-Receive and handle Norwegian speaking customer requests by email and chat (no phone!)
- Function as an ambassador for the TV service
- Collection and maintenance of customer data
- Clarification of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical requirements
- Work on requests and comments via the media channels.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You speak Norwegian at Native Level
- You are willing to start on 17th of August
- You are an excellent communicator
- You are used in communication through social media channels
You will have:
