Customer Service Export Advisor with a Native Level of French
Our client is an international clothing-line for woman based in Barcelona.
We are recruiting Customer Service Exportation Advisor with a native level of French and with a good level of English to work in one international fashion store in Barcelona. Your will be responsible for the orders of the customers in France and USA you will be in contact with clients and distributors.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Managing the orders for the customers in France and US
-Resolving the incidents of the orders
-Introducing the data of Exportation to the database and keeping it updated
-Being in contact with the clients, distributors, sales agents, logistic centres
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Native level of French and good level of English
-Experience in similar role at least of 1 year
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent organization skills
-Ability to handle stressful situations and deliver to deadlines
-Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
-Previous experience with SAP would be a plus
-Full time job with office schedule
-Nice work environment
