Our client is an innovative all-in-one solution that simplifies vacation rental marketing. It allows both owners and property managers to create their own mobile-friendly website with a “Book Now” button, manage reservations and calendars efficiently, and instantly synchronize property information with listings on external portals.

As a Customer Service Representative it is all about helping people. You will become an expert in using the client's software. You will use that expertise to advise the customers how to successfully use the software to set up their own accommodation website and to grow their vacation rental business. You will work with the customers via phone, email, online chat and screen sharing. You will help them by responding quickly to customer support requests, troubleshooting and being their guide.

Your main functions will be:

-Provide information and advice users on appropriate action to solve issues
-Respond to incoming requests for assistance via email or telephone
-Ensure nothing but excellent service and a high level of customer satisfaction
-Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone or chat
-Troubleshoot technical issues
-Report customers feedback/issues to relevant departments Follow up

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English + German
-Availability to work on late shifts (13h-22h) + weekends (2 consecutive days off per week)
-40 weekly working hours: 5 days/week
-Easily connecting with people and understanding their issues
-Passion for creating the best customer experience ever
-Organized and able to handle multiple inquiries
-Positive attitude and sense of responsibility
-Good communication and problem solving skills
-Familiar with cloud-based applications and internet expert
-Love taking ownership of side projects
