Customer Service Representative with a Native Level of Malaysian
Our client is a leading provider of financial services Company based in Barcelona.
As a Customer Service Representaive, you will be working in the Customer Service division and reporting to the team manager. Your objective will be handling incoming inquiries.
Your main responsibilities:
-Handle inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax
- Handling outbound calls to arrange special requests
-Manage relationships by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
-Native level of Malaysian
-Fluent in English
-Experience in Customer Service.
-Exceptional communication skills;
-Sense of responsibility;
-Independent and customer friendly.
-Available to work full-time (40 h/week) and flexible in work schedule
-Available to attend a full-time training
