As a Customer Service Agent, your main objective will be:
- Receiving and handling customer requests by email and chat
- Collecting and maintaining of customer data
- Clarifying of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical requirements
- Working on requests and comments via Social Media channels
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
