As a Customer Service Agent, your main objective will be:
- Receiving and handling customer requests by email and chat.
- Collecting and maintaining of customer data.
- Clarifying of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical requirements.
- Working on requests and comments via Social Media channels.
