As a Customer Support Representative, your main responsibilities will be:
- receive inbound calls from clients
- offer travel assistance
- help with problem solving
- supply all the necessary information
- attend the customers’ needs
- provide excellent customer service
We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:

- Fluent level of German and English
•Experience
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Experience in a helpdesk position would be a plus
