Our client is an international insurance company with offices in the centre of Barcelona.
As an Insurance Assistant Agent, you will be working in the customer service division and reporting to your team lead. Your objective will be to assist AXA clients in the best possible way.
You will be responsible for:
- Receiving inbound calls from clients
- Helping with problem solving
- Supplying all the necessary information
- Attending the customers’ needs
- Providing excellent customer service
We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:
Languages:
- Fluent level of French, Italian and English or native level of French + a 2nd fluent language
Experience
- At least one year of experience in customer service
- Experience in a help-desk position would be a plus
Soft skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
