Our client is an international company in sports industry leader in its sector as a True Sports Performance Brand.
Now they are looking to incorporate in their Consumer Experience Contact Hub someone with proper Customer Service orientation.
Role:
-Deliver the best consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions about our products or services through the different existing contact points (i.e.: phone, email, Twitter, Facebook)
-Contribute and support the implementation of the Global Consumer Experience Strategy into the Local market.
-Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at local market level into the CRM Platform.
-Manage Cases and Ecommerce questions using the software tools provided.
-People with high orientation to customer service and passionate about sports.
- Native level of English
-Persuasive and good Communicator (both written and spoken)
-Ability to work both individual and team work
-Attentive, empathic, flexible and proactive
- Eager to learn
