Customer Support Agent with an advanced level of German

As a Customer Support Agent, your main objective will be to resolve issues for clients via e-mail and live chat.
During your day to day:
- You will be helping and communicating with our customers via e-mail and live chat.
- You will be providing customer support on gaming, financial, technical or any applicable issues related to the Customer Support department.
- You will be guiding customers through the site and/or mobile phones and assisting them in using the various services and products offered.
- You will be working collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at the office.
- You will be actively reporting internally to the team lead and various partners with information about the status of the various markets and customers.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a native level of German , both written and verbal, and an excellent level of English
- You have previous experience in Customer Support and iGaming industry an advantage.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have excellent team player, with initiative to work independently.
- You can work well under pressure.
- You are flexible when it comes to working hours.
