Our client provides professional training solutions to fast growing businesses on an international platform.

in your day today you will:
- Administrative duties related to training management;
- Advice Customers about available trainings
- Scheduling of training seminars to dealer network
- Day-to-day master data management via LMS (Corner Stone)
- Contact proactively with Customers
- Reporting

You are the professional we are looking for if you have:
- Native Level of Swedish
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- One year of experience in dealing with customers through e-mail and calls

Ideally, you have the following soft skills:
- Time Management
- Autonomous
- Proactive
- Deadline and results driven

- Competitive salary
- Fixed schedule (8-17 Monday to friday w/ 1.5h lunchbreak)
- Working from home 3 days a week after initial training
- Company's PC
