As a Customer Service Agent, your main objective will be:

- It will be customer support for company online website
- Mainly phone and email service
- Receiving and handling customer requests by phone, email and chat
- Collecting and maintaining of customer data
- Clarifying of customer inquiries regarding service,subscription,payment and technical requirements
- Working on requests and comments via Social Media channels

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

-Excellent German and English language skills (verbal and written)
-Customer-oriented with strong communication and administration skills
-Looking for fun, creative and dynamic personalities
-You are friendly
-You have positive attitude
-Strong communication and administration skills.
