Retail Facility Manager with Native Italian and Fluent English

Due to the continuous phenomenal growth, our client is looking to recruit a dynamic facility manager to oversee the maintanance of the shops, offices and stock in South Europe within the Arquitectur department. The purpose of this job is to lead the maintenance activities to ensure compilance with safety and branding standards in the company's retail distribution and in the corporate offices.

As Facility Manager, you will manage through the automated tool, all kind of repairs in the shops, offices and warehouse facilities in Portugal, Spain and Italy. You will do preventive and corrective maintenancem compliance monitoring of internl and external contractors, record keeping and budget management. You will work closely with service providers, supervising the execution of the contract and ensuring a safe life work environment.

During your day-to-day you will be responsible of:

- You will be the facility manager of Southern Europe Region (Portugual, Spain and Italy) for more than 120 own shops including concession, monobrand franchise and multibran franchise;
- You will be in charge of the facility management of 2 headquarter offices and 2 warhouses;
- You will be the supplier and contractor manager for 3 countries
- You will be in charge of manage all the maintenance activities to ensure compliance with security and brand standards;
- You will implement global procedures, manual and overall maintenance guidelines;
- Through the facility management automated tool, you will track and monitor the maintenance activities, defying and forecasting the FM budget, project management planning;
- You will ensure local deployment in defined KPIs
- You will coordinate and oversee building repairs, minor renovations and dismantling;
- You will identify cost reduction opportunities and potential risks as well as vendor management

- Mobility due to numerous site trips, approximately 30% travel time;
- You are a force of proposal and a provider of solutions;
- Strong knowledge of architecture and/or construction engineering
- English fluent mandatory, Italian native or really fluent and Spanish desirable
