Our client is a company specialized in providing solutions and services related to information technology.

The mission of the vacancy is give support to all users worldwide.

The main tasks will be:

 Support, manage and solve call about 1st level IT incidents and requests from users of headquarters and
production plant.
 To assure for excellent customer service.
 Manage incidents and requests pool (catch, dispatch and categorize).
 Documentation of guides and procedures about troubleshooting.

-Native level of Swedish and fluent Spanish and English
-Minimum experience as Helpdesk technician or similar.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-Confidence in learning and supporting new software and applications.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-High Swedish, English and Spanish languages as a must
-Driving license and a car is preferable. The client is located in an industrial area with limited access by public
transportation.
