Our client is a company specialized in providing solutions and services related to information technology.
The mission of the vacancy is give support to all users worldwide.
The main tasks will be:
Support, manage and solve call about 1st level IT incidents and requests from users of headquarters and
production plant.
To assure for excellent customer service.
Manage incidents and requests pool (catch, dispatch and categorize).
Documentation of guides and procedures about troubleshooting.
-Native level of Swedish and fluent Spanish and English
-Minimum experience as Helpdesk technician or similar.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-Confidence in learning and supporting new software and applications.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-High Swedish, English and Spanish languages as a must
-Driving license and a car is preferable. The client is located in an industrial area with limited access by public
transportation.
