Inside Sales Representative B2B with a Native level of German
Our client is a multinational web fleeting and vehicle tracking management company based in Barcelona.
- Effective in- and outbound call handling to build up a healthy pipeline and deliver consistent results;
- Handle each call following the guidelines provided with respect to the preparation, introduction, question-asking and closing techniques to create awareness of the advantages of implementing a fleet management system and to qualify the lead obtaining all the relevant information;
- Organize and handle live/online demos with prospects;
- Prepare and send quotes and contracts to prospects;
- Negotiate and close new subscription contracts;
- Log all mandatory and optional data in the correct manner in the internal software systems.
- Understand how our customers are organized in order to identify the right contact person
-Native level of German and high level of English
-Self-motivation, tenacity and persuasion
-Be an excellent team player
-Have a positive attitude
-Have intermediate to advanced software skills
-Be able to identify the prospects’ particular situation of the Company
-Ideally, have 1-2 years of relevant experience, for example in Telemarketing or Telesales, Customer Support or the like
-Understand how our customers’ are organized in order to identify the right contact person
-Have a good command of English
-Having a university degree and/or speaking more than one of the relevant target market languages is a plus.
