Migration Agent with a Native Level of German and Fluent English

As a Migration agent, you will be responsible to enter into specific training administration software, data editing and reporting on project status. On daily bases:
- You will compare and identify correct information from different databases.
- You will identify learning items in training administration software (Learning management system) and update information.
- You will build learning structures in training administration software from database information.
- You will track each step of the processes in order to make sure nothing is missed.
- You will create and pull reports for quality assurance and check the progress of tasks.
- You will efficiently communicate issues that arise and potential solutions.
- You will handling customer calls / emails during the transitions from one system to another.
- You will use your communication skills with your colleagues to facilitate solutions.
- You will be a support in training for other colleagues.

You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a university degree.
- You have previous working experience in a Call Centre and/or in an international environment.
- You have strong Admin skills.
- You consider Customer satisfaction and service quality your values.
- You have problem solving and analytical capabilities.
- You have Computer Literacy at user’s level.
- You speak German at native level and your English is fluent.

- You will have a probation period of one month.
- You will sind sign a contract for six months with a possibility of permanent contract.
- You will receive the annual salary of 18.553 € gross.
- You will get food allowance of 10,00 € a day.
- You will receive a bonus for language knowledge of 77,30 € gross amount per month.
- You will have 23 days of holidays.
- You will have 13 days of Bank Holidays.
- You will be paid 120,00 € daily if you work on a Spanish Bank Holiday.
