We are looking for an Office Manager / Team Assistant trilingual in English/Spanish/Russian.
Duties: Secretarial Support Department Control
- Being the point of contact for international offices
- Monitoring and reporting of developments and progress of International projects
- Preparation of translations and reports
- Organization of meetings and events
- Phone screening
- Assisting to the team on all stages of the realization of projects, organisational and coordination work
- Office materials inventory purchase
- Documentation management (monthly reports, audit reports, etc.)
Languages:
- Fluent in Spanish, English and Russian
- Croatian as a big plus
Experience:
- 3-5 years in administration or support of senior managers
Education:
- Technical degree or higher in Secretariat, Business Administration or equivalent
Other:
