Service Center Agent with a Native level of English


Location: Barcelona, Spain

Department: Native Speakers

Salary: 19.000 - 23.000 €

Function

• Deliver Training Consultancy Services to our customers
• Provide Customer Service by handling all training incoming queries via telephone and email communication
• Offer Level 1 Technical Support for our web-based Learning Management System (LMS) internal and external
users
• Perform outbound campaigning activities to meet our Training Sales business goals
• Host Training Administration Transactions that are very process-driven

Requirements

Education: Higher Vocational Education

Experience: Little or no related experience needed or specific training required apart from the vocational/academic education
