Our client is a major U.S. defense contractor and industrial corporation with core manufacturing concentrations and military and commercial electronics.

As a Service Center Agent, you will have to:

• Deliver Training Consultancy Services to our customers
• Provide Customer Service by handling all training incoming queries via telephone and email communication
• Offer Level 1 Technical Support for our web-based Learning Management System (LMS) internal and external
users
• Perform outbound campaigning activities to meet our Training Sales business goals
• Host Training Administration Transactions that are very process-driven

Education
- Higher Vocational Education

Experience
- Little or no related experience needed or specific training required apart from the vocational/academic education

Languages
- Native level of German
- Advanced level of English
