As a Team Leader you will manage a team of agents, delivering team targets, and contributing to the overall
achievement of the Contact Centre and Group objectives.

- Generate an open and respectful communication, stimulate and harmonize relations within the company to ensure dialogue, exchange, cohesion and understanding.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Understand and achieve agreed business Key Performance Indicators objectives (Sales+ Quality)
- Effectively manage and to assist in the optimisation of the team resources in order to service the forecasted demand. To work in conjunction with other Team Leaders and their relevant Line Manager to ensure the most effective utilisation of channel resources.
- Facilitate feedback mechanisms which encourage development of people and processes to the benefit of the business, individuals and customers.
- Identify and implement improvements to the working processes and service delivery procedures in conjunction with others TL and CM.
- Recruit, manage, coach and develop team members, ensuring they have the correct level of knowledge and skill and can be appropriately developed to reach their full potential.
- Organise and lead regular team meetings in order to discuss all topics related to the operational and administrative perspectives.
- Follow current processes and internal procedures, and assure these procedures are respected by the team.


- University Degree
- Previous experience as a Team Leader
- Excellent Polish, German and English
