As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will be:
- Handling telephone enquiries from customers
- Updating customers´ information in the database
- Process correspondence
- Provide exceptional customer care
- Helping the customers to feel supported whether they choose to discuss their queries via phone,
web chat or email.


We are looking for people with the following skills :

- Native level of German
- High level of English
