Customer Service Representative with native level of French and fluent English

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative. Our aim is to look for a CS professional fluent in English and French, who will take care of developing and maintaining long-term relationship with our clients by providing a remarkable customer experience in the B2B environment.
You will be:
- Processing orders, forms, applications, modifications and as well as other requests from the client's side.
- Creating positive, empathetic and open communication with the customers via various channels, responding in a timely manner and always striving to identify their needs to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
- Serving as a point of first contact between clients and the internal departments.
- Proactively and rapidly investigating and resolving any issues and enquiries related to orders, transportation or invoicing.
- Interfering with other teams such as Logistics or Supply Chain to provide the best service and help us grow.
- Maintaining all customer documentation updated in order to keep transparency.

- You have Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably business related field).
- You have proven track of more than 2 year of Customer Service experience.
- You have strong communication and language skills: Native level of French and intermediate level of english.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- You have an hands-on approach to provide rapid solutions and critical thinking.
- You have the ability to prioritize and adapt to unexpected changes.
- You are a quick learner and multitasker in a fast-paced environment
- You have strong focus on driving positive results.
- You have passion for people and customer happiness.
- You have high attention to detail.
- Experiences with SAP system is a big asset.
