We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Southern Europe to work for a multinational company which offers possibilities of professional growth.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for all operational Talent Acquisition activities for the company in Southern Europe. This will include, but not be limited to managing sourcing channels, stakeholder management, coordinating work of third party providers, recruitment forecasting, employer branding.

The incumbent will ensure continued understanding of the local markets, monitoring and reviewing of the internal processes, within the Group guidelines and local legislation. They will secure the company's positioning as preferred employer, achieving excellence in the execution of recruitment activities (time to fill and quality of candidates), enhancing internal customer as well as candidate satisfaction.

-Lead day to fulfillment of any vacant roles in all legal entities in Southern Europe
-Manage all tasks related to recruitment: briefing profiles with managers, posting jobs, screening CVs, doing interviews, develop new evaluation techniques, making job offers, looking for new sources to create a talent pool, etc.
-Keep within targets all KPI’s: time to accept, agency hire ratios, customer satisfaction and cost per hire.
-Represent the Talent Acquisition team in Southern Europe in front of HR Operations, Business Managers, agencies, Universities and other public institutions (professionals of all levels, from GM to junior staff
-Providing absence cover for other TA Team Members across Europe

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Education:
-Degree level education, ideally in HR, Psychology or related subjects

Experience:
-Proven recruitment experience in a multinational environment

Languages:
-Native level of Spanish and high level of English (another European language is a plus)

Additional skills:
-Analytical, business oriented, initiative, excellent communication, change management, ability to prioritise and deal with peaks in volume
