You will work in a Leading Global enterprise for business process and document management. This company also offers extensive business process outsourcing and IT outsourcing services, including data processing, HR benefits management, finance support, and customer relationship management services for commercial and government organisations worldwide. It has an international, young environment.
As a Query Agent you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and issues regarding company records, billings, contract renewals, and supply returns.
In your day to day you will have to:
- Be responsible for resolving customer queries and issues which fall within the scope of the assigned responsibilities (Some examples may include Billing, Healthcare, Human Resources, Order Processing, or Customer Support). Agents will have at their disposal a range of tools, processes and systems to address the customers inquiries with speed and efficiency.
- Be in charge of communicating appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
- Responsible for informing customers about services available and assesses customer needs
- Managing and preparing standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input
You are the person we are looking for if you have:
-Customer Service/Relation skills including second level question probing ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer Navigation Typing Skills 25+ wpm
- Ability to complete required training program
- Must be clear spoken and have strong verbal and written communication skills
