You will join a leading company, with a young and multicultural environment of the internet sector with more than 20 years of presence in the market. It provides registration services, web hosting, dedicated servers and cloud servers, which will allow you to learn a lot about computer services.
As a Phone Support Technician, your main responsibilities will be the following:
- You will identify the client's needs in order to advise and monitor them,
- You will do triage, manage and scale second level support requests,
- You will respond to questions, requests for information and support requests about domains, email, hosting and web design tools,
- You will provide quickly and efficiently the information requested in order to provide a service of excellence,
- You will follow up cases not solved at the first call.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a native level of French,
- You have good knowledge of English and/or Spanish,
- You have experience in customer service,
- You have good computer skills,
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook,
- You have knowledge in the area of registration and management of domain names (preferable)
We also need you to have:
- Strong motivation for the relationship with the client
