As Swedish IT service Desk Technician you will be in charge to provide first line technical support to our clients. You will be considered to act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails. Moreover, you will be also receiving, logging and managing calls via telephone and email.
We are looking for a person with the following skills:
- Fluency in Swedish and Portuguese/English
- Experience in end user support (helpdesk or service desk)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Network Protocols, Anti-Virus
- Knowledge of ITIL based support systems
- Troubleshooting incidents/requests in PC's, Printers, Windows OS, Hardware.
- Company relocation plan for foreign candidates
