Customer Care Supervisor with a Native Level of German

Location: Lisboa, Portugal

Department: Native Speakers

Salary: 27.000 - 30.000 €

As a Customer Care Supervisor you will be responsible for the administrative management of the service (absenteeism, reports) and also for the following tasks:

- Lead, motivate and develop all employees of your service, including support staff
- Manages communication and information with the company-client: meetings, reports, reports, statistics
- Contacts daily and proactively with the team leaders of the company-client
- Detects operational areas of improvement and implements changes for service optimization
- Organizes and plans the resources of the services, according to the internal goals
- Support in the project implementation
- Capture and scale additional business opportunities


We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:


- Excellent Level of German and English is mandatory
- Business or related field complemented by work experience


- 3-5 years experience in Leadership and team management

Skills and competences

- Exceptional communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written (French is an advantage)
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Intercultural competence
- High level of customer and service orientation, especially towards premium customers
