As a Team Leader in our clients´company, you will act as a conductor and adviser.
You will be responsible for:
- Performance indicators control
- Managing 10 - 15 people at the same time
- The motivation and commitment of the team members
- Implementing process improvement strategies
- Providing a weekly overview of the team results and the stages of achievement
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
- Fluent Level of French (C1/native)
- High Level of English (minimum B2)
Experience:
- At least one year of experience in team management in the context of service, e.g. Customer Service, Customer Care, Community Support
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and fault finding skills
- Ability to understand the dynamics within a team
- Effective and motivating way of communication
