Technical Support with German


Location: Lisboa, Portugal
Department: Native speakers

Function

You will be part of one of the most successful companies of today! Together, with your colleagues you will form a team of first-class client advisors.

During your day to day:
- You will provide a technical service for hardware solutions, by phone, e-mail and live chat
- You will focus on tablets for holding video conferences
- You will have to do basic troubleshooting using diagnostic software
- You will advice on workarounds and provision of alternative solutions

Requirements

You are the candidate we are looking for if:

- You have an excellent level of German and English
- You have experience in Customer Service or Digital industry is a plus
- You have a high affinity to the technology industry
- You enjoy working in a team and with customers
- You are flexible and committed
- You are able to bring facts to the point and explain the customer understandable
- You have consumer oriented mind-set and willingness to provide the best service
