Working as a Travel Support Agent, your task is to support customers who have some issues linked to the tourism sector. We help travelers to find, plan and book their hotel and provide a carefree and efficient travel experience.
During you day to day:
- You will be doing telephone sales advice regarding the selection of hotels
- You will be doing the creation of suitable offers based on the wishes and needs of the traveler
and subsequent direct booking
- You will do active sales consulting with the aim of successful hotel reservations
- You will do the receipt of complaints and appropriate active treatment of the same
- You will manage booking changes, as well as any other client concerns
You are the candidate we are looking for if:
- You have an excellent level of German and English
- You have experience in Customer Service or Digital industry is a plus
- You have a high affinity to the technology industry
- You enjoy working in a team and with customers
- You are flexible and committed
- You are able to bring facts to the point and explain the customer understandable
- You have consumer oriented mind-set and willingness to provide the best service
